The Status Certificate is a legal document that, along with other benefits, will make you aware of the Condominium Corporation’s Rules, financial situation, the possibility of potential Special Assessments, any ongoing legal issues, etc.
In accordance with the Condominium Act, Property Management Guild will produce a Status Certificate package within 10 days of receipt of the written request and associated $100 fee.
