Owner Relations

Welcome Packages, including a welcome letter and Owner's Handbook have been developed by Property Management Guild for the benefit of new owners to help them become familiar with their new home, the Board of Directors and the Corporation. The owner's handbook is a homeowner's general overview of Condominium living and includes such pertinent information like what is a budget? How do I use a proxy? What does my property manager do?

Our engaged staff are involved with every site we manage to ensure that your questions can be answered promptly and accurately. Our managers are qualified, efficient and knowledgeable. Our team brings to you the experience gained in property management since 1980. We are available to assist you in emergencies 24 hours a day. You can speak to our staff from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and a manager is on call after hours, weekends and holidays.

Although we always recommend neighbours to try to communicate with one another as issues arise our complaint procedures commence with attempting conciliation by letter. Consideration and impartiality of treatment is stressed at all stages and we always aim to reconcile issues before they go too far.

The manager will investigate maintenance complaints and report back to the owner/resident in a timely fashion.
