Our firm, Property Management Guild Incorporated, began operation as a property management company in 1979. The company centers on residential condominium property management and is not affiliated with real estate firms, developers or contractors. The firm currently provides service to more than 74 condominium corporations. Additionaly our portfolio includes management of Freehold townhouses which come with a different complexity of their own. Since establishment in 1979, the firm has been committed to serving properties in the "Golden Horseshoe" area, including the cities of Burlington and Greater Hamilton. This focus allows us to provide more accessible service for our clientele.

The President and Co-founder of the firm, Peter Webb, has been involved with condominiums since 1973 and with condominium management since 1979. He is active on the provincial level as a member of the Association of Condominium Management Ontario (ACMO); since 1980 having served a full term on the Board of Directors. Peter is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) having the Certified Reserve Fund Planner (CRP) accreditation and holds membership in the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) of which he is a past member of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter Executive.

Providing professional service for large and small condominium high rise and townhouse sites, the staff of Property Management Guild Incorporated works on a team basis. The manager designated to a property is supported by other members of the team, which includes managers, accounting and administrative staff. The entire team is dedicated to working with Boards and members for the successful daily operation of the site. The overall goal of the relationship is to promote and protect your investment.
